MACHINE FOR HIGH FREQUENCY CURRENT WELDING OF PVC

Highly technological machine for welding all types of PVC-meshes and membranes allows to make seams of various complicated configuration 20 to 50 mm wide. The computer numerical control (CNC) automizes the process and minimizes the number of mistakes and inaccuracy.

A 16-meter welding table significantly increases the manufacturing capability of the line because of decreasing the amount of material movement.

SILICONE WELDING MACHINE

A unique machine allows to vulcanize silicone membranes. The processes take place at very high temperature (over 400 degrees Celsius) providing a welding seam with the strength higher than that of the main material.

MACHINE FOR WELDING ETFE

PLOTTER FOR CUTTING

A conveyor type cutting machine(plotter) with a system of vacuum support by means of CNC controls the placement of patterns easily and efficiently, thus minimizing the amount of waste.

The 2600 x 3000 mm pattern cutting table and various cutting blades allow the most complicated and even radius patterns to be fulfilled.

BENDER

A set of benders allows to produce curvilinear shapes from steel profiles of any section up to 325 mm in diameter!
